Under French law no. 2018-15 of September 5, 2018, on the Freedom to choose a professional future, companies concerned by this law are required to calculate the indicators that determine their level of commitment toward gender equality in the workplace. This index takes five indicators into account (the gender wage gap, salary increases, promotions, salary increases after maternity leave and the gender breakdown of a company’s top ten earners).
In 2019, BPCE LEASE demonstrated its commitment to this initiative, achieving 90 points out of 100.
For the 2019 fiscal year, BPCE CAR LEASE achieved 80 points out of 100.
