In accordance with the limits, conditions and exclusions as stipulated in the current contractual commitments apply. The financial loss option is subject to terms and conditions as well as qualifications stipulated in the general conditions provided to the lessee in the event of subscription. It seeks to exempt the lessee from the financial consequences of their responsibilities in respect of the lessor, as custodian of the leased vehicle, in the event of any claim whatsoever affecting the vehicle during the lease period.
