We have recently discovered that the company name of one of our subsidiaries, Cicobail, and its details are being used fraudulently by persons claiming to be “Investment Manager – Portfolio Manager at Cicobail” or “Financial Advisor – Investment Manager at Cicobail”. These persons are selling fictitious property assets such as parking spaces in airports in France or elsewhere in the EU.
Our company has filed a complaint with the Paris public prosecutor against these actions, and has also brought criminal proceedings before the Paris regional court.
We urge you to be extra vigilant and to alert your usual company contact person if you have any doubts regarding solicitations made in our company name, or if you believe you may have been victim of any similar attempt at fraud.
